I am a Sr.Program Manager for SAP and ECommerce application and Infrastructure projects with a very strong technical and business background combined with a strong background in the execution of Program/Project management processes and Methodologies. Ø      Managing the Merger of 2 different IT organizations, Managing the N21program worth $5 million that has 30 projects which includes work streams for customer master data, transactional data on clarity and other applications, middleware/Interfaces such as EDI.

Ø      Met with the steering committee/ business leads/ technical leads and architects to evaluate the projects to come to a decision to migrate/ integrate /decommission projects based on cost benefit.

Ø      Project  Program Manager for the execution of all revenue driven infrastructure projects within the SAP (AIX/UNIX) and AS400 towers. which included, Server builds,  Decommission, projects that involved migration to IBM AIX servers on Oracle DB, Vmax migration  and SRDF replication
